The manageress could take a lesson from the friendly and efficient staff in this place. Her abrupt and cold manner is very off-putting!

Que Pasa, Maidenhead

Went in there mid-day a week ago with the intention of having lunch and a couple of pints. Noticed a foreign body in my glass which was still in the barmans hand after he poured it. He studied glass, emptied it violently into sink then smashed glass onto ground bringing someone out of the kitchen! I watched stunned as he then made a big deal out of cleaning a new glass then poured it and thumped on the counter! He stared at me as I then quickly left. Where do you get these people???

p.s. Glad I didnt tell him about the dirty knife....
