The Volunteer Riflemans Arms, Bath

A marvelously intimate watering hole, presided over by Paul, your genial landlord, with a ready supply of wit and badinage.
Great ales, kept well and changed regularly (they get through a fair bit on match days) with european lagers and local ciders also on tap.
Food is excellent quality and well priced and can be enjoyed in the busy bar or in a more open dining room on the first floor.
Having worked in Bath for years, when I popped in regularly, I am now an only occasional visitor to that lovely City
.A pint in The Rife's is a must each time I go back
