A postscript to my previous posting. Poor service was acknowledged and was offered a meal and drinks to the sum of �25.00 by the General Manager. Hence my rating's gone from 0 - 5 in a the space of a day.

Ordered food, was given an order number and was asked which table we would be sitting at. Later, we decided to move table and informed the bar staff member who had taken the order where we would be sitting. She said that she knew we'd moved and that we had an order number anyway. 40 minutes later; no food. Asked where it was and was told by the same woman that it would be with us in 5 minutes. 20 minutes later; still no food. Again, we asked where it was. She said that we'd moved, which had resulted in a delay, but the order would be with us soon. When we protested that we'd informed her that we'd moved, we received a curt, 'Do you want food?' 10 minutes later, another staff member informed us that the woman who'd taken the order had forgotten to indicate on the computer our new location, which didn't allow her to find us and that therefore the food had been given to another table. When we asked why they hadn't looked for our order number, we received no response. The food arrived 10 minutes later, 1 hour and 20 minutes after it was ordered. No apology was given, merely the reason for the delay proffered as an excuse in a take it or leave it fashion. The worst customer service experience I have ever come across. The worse bar staff I've ever encountered.
