The Parrot Inn, Forest Green

As someone that has worked in the pub its very difficult to try and serve everyone, especially when you dont move at the speed of light lack eight arms and 400 people+ come on a sunday for lunch and expect to be served the second they walk into the door. most people have their meal and are never seen again but take time out to write somthing awful on the internet based on one bad experience how sad is that if youve got nothing nice to say dont say anything at all. and the way everyone complains about the locals as if they are the scourge of the earth hardly... at least they dont click fingers at the staff whistle at them or lean over the bar in fort of people that were there before them. they spend more money in there than anyone and they definatley dont get special treatment we might know what drinks there going to have in advance but that about it . the parrot does great food with an ever changing menu which has somthing on it for everyone and granted the beer is slightly expensive but where isnt especially when you get that quality of food with your drink its a good pub.
