The Harrow Inn, Enstone

We went for a family Sunday lunch in August 09 and ordered our food.. The service appeared to be slow, despite it not being terribly busy, so we ended up buying more drinks. Around 3/4 hour after placing the order we went to chase up our food, only to be told our order hadn't been passed on to the kitchen. No apology or offer to try and fix the situation, we were just told to go somewhere else to eat by a very disinterested member of staff. The time was 1.30 and orders were still being taken for food! I accept that mistakes happen but was very disappointed with how it was dealt with and the attitude of the staff. When you have 2 hungry children with you this sort of situation is really not what you need.
