The Bustard Inn, South Rauceby

This is probably the best pub refurb I've ever seen. The materials used are high quality, yet the authentic village pub feel remains. It's more of a gastro-pub now, with excellent food: bar meals (�6-8) and full lunch/dinner menu (�14-21). Beers from Lincolnshire, and a decent range of lagers/wines. It's a very fine pub indeed, in a village half way between the A17 and A153 just west of Sleaford (and I gather the jazz night still exists!).
