Hi,
The previous Shebeen was iconic! Al was young for a landlord and played bass & was also a stunt rider. They made it work. Local authority pushed him out with concocted and dubious reasons! A GREAT LOSS. A London asset as a pub ROCK venue without parallel. Great bands, especially for rock covers. I loved Vice, Dragon Electric Experience, fuZed. etc. Now, just another pub - MORE gastro and NO live music - typical.
