The Rambler Country House, Edale

we returned for the holiday weekend and had a great time . still no wheelchair access as yet but the staff did all they could to help and make our stay a pleasant and enjoyable one . the food was good and a reasonable price and the atmosphere in the bar was great . we will be back for sure , soon i hope .

The Rambler Country House, Edale

i took my disabled daughter to the blue john mines on saturday5th aug , and called into the rambler on the way home . the pub and grounds were clean ,tidy and spacious. the staff were very helpfull and considerate to our needs, the manager said he was sorry they didnt have a wheel chair ramp as it had been damaged in bad weather he helped me in and out of the pub with my daughter. i found the beer to be good and we both enjoyed our meal, so much so that we are booked into the hotel this coming bank holiday weekend, its nice to find somewhere a family and disabled person are made to feel welcome
