The Woodman, Woodmansterne

All hail the Woody, spring is here, shortly to be followed by another glorious summer. If you have never experienced the Woody at this time of year then make a point and the effort to do so this year. It's a gr8 place to come and spent a few hours with a huge garden out back that leads on to the playing fields, there is proper kids play area in the park installed by the council. The front garden is a sun trap and it is just fab to sit there sipping on a nice cold beer, eating a big fat steak and if your lucky the cricket will be on. Don't be put off by the photo, it bares absolutely no resemblance to what it is like now. The staff are very friendly and the punters are ok as well, despite what you read. It's a bright, clean place that offers a warm welcome to everyone.

Oh !! and lastly, if all you whingers put as much effort into supporting the pub as you do moaning about it don't you think it could be even better, for everyone.
