The Blue Anchor, East Aberthaw

I went there this weekend with my elderly mother. We sent her meal back as it was cold (tasted by both of us), soggy poor quality fish fingers which were grey and wet inside, and the scrag ends of chips. I ate mine but it too was barely warm. I requested a refund for my mother's as nobody even came to see me about it, and the owner was not only rude but agressive. He absolutely refused a refund and said it was fine. He embarassed both me and my mother so much I felt bound to post this - he could not leave it alone and was rude when we left too. The other member of staff I spoke to was equally sullen.

Lovely building but avoid at all costs - I went there many enjoyable times with my parents when I was younger but will not go again.
