A brilliant pub. What town centre pubs should be about. I always have a good time their. Staff and beer are both great!

The George, Earley

This pub is my local and as such it's a shame that it is not better. Generally the food is OK ish but it's chance on whether it is or not.

The attitude of the bar staff is dreadful. Most of them have attitude problems and I have often heard them being rude about customers behind their backs.

The pub promotes itself as a real ale pub and has a cask marque. However more often than not only one real ale will be available and the beer is always served too cold.
