The King William IV, Hampstead

I'm a gay man who used to frequent The King William IV in the mid 90s. It was a lovely, traditional pub in one of the most beautiful parts of London. Some of the regular clientele left a lot to be desired. The pub seemed to be permanently inhabited by a small coven of pernicious, spiteful, vacuous queens and one particularly poisonous fag-hag, who all thought they owned and ran the place. I'm sure the pub's a much brighter and friendlier place now. One good thing came out of it, I met the love of my life there, and I've never looked back.
