Liverpool One Bridewell, Liverpool

Ahhhhh ok, this is where the old crew from The Baltic Fleet are hiding. Read up about it in the most recent edition of Merseyale so popped in on Saturday. What a great place!!!! Liverpool One Brewery beers plus 2 guests, 12 Belgians, 2 Belgians on tap including VEDETT!!!! Bit pricey @ �3.80 but a truly remarkable beer. Top quality food very reasonably priced, (Fish Finger Sarnie, delicious). Cocktails, original cells, courtyard. Possibly my new favourite pub in Liverpool. 10/10

The Baltic Fleet, Liverpool

Went The Baltic the other day, first time again since I came home. (Been working in Denmark). The pub has gone down hill in many ways. No Guinness, No Lager at all on Draught & the food menu has completley vanished. They were serving Scouse from a Bain Marie which resembled brown water, i couldnt finish mine, not like the Scouse i had in here only a couple of months ago. Apparantley the previous management team have moved on & set up another Real Ale pub 5 minutes away. Also I have to say that the older woman behind the bar was very rude, again not like The Old Baltic where the staff were VERY polite. Not Impressed.
