Sir Winston Churchill, Loughton

I have to say I particularly enjoy going to this pub,for just a quiet daytime drink or on Friday nights for the Rock covers bands. There has previously been a lack of decent live music in the area,so until the Churchill changed owners there was absolutely nothing to do locally.
Halloween down there showed the full potential of the place,the Band,Replica were brilliant. The atmosphere was great from the minute we got there,people were up dancing,having a genuinely good time and Most people in there had gone to a big effort to dress up for the occasion!
Most friday nights are in there are a really good night,with entertainment on hand as well as some lovely bar staff,and a good Guv.
The area of the
carvery is now looking good,so I'm looking forward to eating in there.
If I'm going out locally there is nowhere else I'd rather be.
