Molly Moggs, Soho

Love that place. It is certainly the smallest pub I've ever seen, but I feel like I was at home. Out of the fuss of Old Compton Street... Service is ok, they don't try to treat you as a queen but also do not ignore you. Cabaret performances attract all sorts but being mainly gay. Nice atmosphere, quite overpriced considering the premises but I'd come back. Over and over.

Abacus, Bank

Crowded on thu and fri nights, reasonable prices tough. Went there with some mates from work, last week, good selection of cocktails and wine for the girls and happy hour on wine, not on beer, damn!
Arrive early if you want to grab a seat, there are some sofas and food tables. Altough I wasn't there for food we had a couple of really tasty platters. I might be lucky as they're serving draught that night - Heineken, Stella, Amstel. Even missing my Kronnie I'd definetly come back, had good fun downstairs and have no idea how I got home. Great eve.
