The Reliance, Old Street

I have been recently on a Saturday morning and found it to be a nice pub. Comments about rude staff now seem to be misplaced. Don't know what the rest of the food is like but on Saturday mornings (till 2) there is a terrific breakfast menu. Fry up of course, but with well sourced ingredients (it's on the menu) , devilled kidney, eggs Benedict, kippers (Manx I was told - sweeter). Most things about �7, although there is a whopper breakfast of more or less the lot at �14. The pub is bright and airy but essentially old school.
