We used to go in this place after work, but the heavy mob were too much to take. It was always: 7pm - menu shoved under yer nose | 7:30pm - "are you eating or just having a drink" (response: just here for a drink) | 7:40pm - "please vacate this table now (and bugger off elsewhere), you are not eating" ... NICE ATTITUDE!

If you're in the area, stick to friendly pubs, like Album, The Chelsea Potter or The Peer.

I totally agree with historyloony's comments - the FB is not welcoming and the regular punters should get a grip and stop thinking it's "their" pub.

I sat in the FB the other evening and couldn't believe the way in which the bar hoggers slagged folk off (including each other) and was gobsmacked when the bar staff (I think it was Rosie) joined in and did nothing but moan. 4 out of 10! The owners of this place really need to do something. Again, very unwelcoming. Drink elsewhere!
