The Grove Lock, Grove

Not what I expected at all. For what is supposed to be a trendy and modern pub, this venue is dreadful.

I visited last week and will not return. I strong advise that you dont go here.

The food was possibly the worst pub grub I have ever had and extremely expensive for what we got.

The staff were also very rude. When I complained that my pint had not been filled to the pint line the person serving me started arguing and getting extremely boisterous. On another occasion, I asked a waitress for ketchup. She completely ignored me and carried on with what she was doing.

The only positive thing I have to say about this pub is it is located in a beautiful setting and the interior is very nice. However, both the staff and the food spoilt my visit and I shall not be returning.

I really do not know how this place has got its name
