The Hardwick Arms, Streetly

Generally lots of places to sit and nice outside area, but serious shortage of bar staff and those that do serve on the bar arent properly trained, are slow and cant 'customer count' i.e. they never know who is next. Just been in there after a villa match and the place full of men complaining about the 2 staff on. Our group left and took our money down the road. Our rounds are �20 plus a time, so they missed out on �100 of our money minimum. The management need to sort the situation out. Tried to go on the Ember Inns website to complain but no direct email and the 'customer satisfaction survey' demands a verification code.
