Excellent friendly local. Good beer choice (I had Hopback Summer Lightning and Fuller's London Pride). Quirky quiz on Thursdays, range of bar games including pool, darts, bar billiards, and a magical beer garden with additional ladies' and gents' toilets.

The Ship Victory, Chester
Probably the friendliest pub in Chester. Always 2 real ales on, and many events during the week. The pub raises loads of money for charity.
