The Wheelwright Inn, Colyford

Good food, apalling service, uncomfortable seating, offhand staff. Landlord made mistake with booking and acted as though he was doing us a favour by finding us a table. We waited 20 minutes before drinks order was taken. An hour after ordering food we questioned whether we had been forgotten and surly waitress told us the restaurant was very busy; not an acceptable reason for poor service - if they can't cope with a full house, they should not be in business. Overall a poor dining experience only slightly redeemed by some very good food.
