Green Man, Willington

The Green Man is a community pub that is in the centre of Willington and close to bus route, train station and canal.

Jane & Patrick McManamon offer you a warm welcome with good beers and ales, and value-for-money home-made pub food. Main meals from �3, vegetarian dishes, children�s meals. Bar snacks, small beer garden at rear. Food served lunchtime and early evenings.

The Green Man is a beautiful old white painted building with some tables outside at the front in the summer. There is plenty of car parking spaces at the back.

There is a beamed bar and lounge and "The Green Man" is known in the village for it's fine beer and food.

Every other Thursday night at 8pm musicians assemble in a lovely inviting Session Room, upstairs and far from the madding crowd, where they can sit and share beautiful music, beautiful people and a darn good night out. No age limits. IT'S FREE but they do pass round the hat for donations but it's up to you. You can give what you want and only if you want.
