On a recent visit to this pub when visiting friends at the arsenal I can only assume that the manager was having a bad day
When i complained that the Youngs was cloudy he got rather upset to the point of being rude and refused to change it we had no other choice but to leave
If this is the training that Youngs provide in cellar management and customer service nowadays John Young would turn in his grave
I hope I have a better experience if and when I return
