The Old House At Home, Havant

Easily the best pub in Havant. Free from idiots due to it's run of exceptional quality landlords this is a nice quiet traditional pub with a pleasant atmosphere. I've been drinking there for over 25 years and it's always a pleasure. The staff are friendly and efficient and the barmaids are amongst the best looking I've ever seen (I'm not being sexist in saying that, just giving them credit). It welcomes regulars and visitors in the same warm manner unlike some others in the area. It also boasts the best pub garden in Havant. As I write the pub has just had a slight makeover but has still kept the charm its always had. I've been a regular in at least 3 other pubs but I'm always coming back to this one. Incidently Kathleen Turner the Hollywood actress uses the pub whenever she's over here. I met her once in there and she gave the same reasons, it's friendly, traditional and always welcoming.
Highly recommended.
