The Runswick Bay Hotel, Runswick Bay

Great pub. Me and my mate stayed here during our Cleveland way walk and it turned out to be a highlight.
When we were there they had live music and it was a cracking night, great atmosphere, everyone was really friendly and the beer flowed (possibly too much considering our next day's walk)
Room was comfortable and good value, food was great too. Nothing fancy but all good quality and local (fish and chips were great and my mate had a mackeral cought in the bay but I'm a batter fan)
Can recommend this pub to eat drink or stay. Nice one.
