The Oddfellows Arms, Mellor
This used to be an excellect pub with good food and well kept beers. Went late last year and found it closed up! Especially dissapointing since this location now has a usable if infrequent bus link (which we used) - you don't want to drive to a real ale pub!
The pub a few yards down the road had average beer, mediocre overpriced food and was packed! Someone please get The Oddies up and running again. It would be a real shame if it ended up being sold as a private dwelling, which I suspect is Enterprise Inns master plan!
