The latest news I know is that the current landlord (if you can call him that) was up in court at the end of September. Some sort of notice will have to be served, hopefully not to long and then the new people can take over. Having said that there has been so many rumours about what's going to happen and so much turmoil over the last few years, that I won't believe it till I see it.
