The Old White Lion, East Finchley

Great place to go if you like lack lustre food (the roast is straight from a pan, the vegetables straight from the deep fryer), waiting ages to be served by staff who don't really appear to even want to be there, and useless service.

It's an incredible shame that the basics of customer service can be so overlooked. They needn't have bothered refurbishing the place.
