Shakespeare, Stoke Newington

Having stubbled upon this pub by chance recently, was very impressed with it's wide range of beers, clearly a free house. If I can find it again, will go back. reccomended

The Rose and Crown, Stoke Newington

As a bit of a traditionalist regarding pubs, I'm very impressed with what they have done here. Especially the outside where they have exposed some original features, like the beautiful lead signs, and brass pillars. For this they are to be applauded! As for the real ales, there were 4 on, most with perculiar names but very pleasant. Regarding the crisps I can't comment, although, I believe the Wetherspoons pub in the High St. do a wide range of sundries. Mr Prince, treat youself!
