The White Horse, Shere

This is the worst pub i have ever had the misfortune of visiting. Apparently anybody can display a �cask Marque� sign. Cask marque stands for

1. Excellence in the service of cask ale.
2. Awarded to the licensee rather than to the pub

So perhaps the licensee who gained this merit has long since left as i have never had such disgusting beer(s) in my whole life.

Maybe i�m a complete dithering old man who believes that you can buy this qualification without knowing the fundamentals of beer & ale.

If you like a Pint of cloudy vinegar then this is your ideal pub. Don�t expect a smile from the staff either !
