The Griffin, Whetstone

Well done for The Griffin yet again! Still top on my list of favourite places. The new guy Andy seems to be doing an excellent job keeping the place busy and the punters entertained. There's darts night once a months now - what a terrific idea and a good news for all the enthusiasts of this great and often forgotten sport. On such night Griffin not only offers great fun, there's free food to be had as well!!!! Who else does this these days?! With the purchase of our drinks
we got a platter of chicken wings absolutely free. Good thinking there guys. We're definitely coming back

The Griffin, Whetstone

The Griffin is by far the best pub in N20. With my mates we spent many a drunken nights there and we were never dissappointed. We have had quite a lot of functions held there and it's always been a lot of fun. The garden there is fabulous and the smoking area's quite cosy too.
Recently we went there on a Sunday, with our hubbies and children and it was great too. Not only are they children-friendly (unlike most of the pubs on the High Road!) but also willing to do kids meals eventhough not on the menu.
We had a fab time and the food- as always- was simply exquisite. If you're up for a good time, few drinks and delicious fresh home-made grub then The Griffin is the place to go to.
