Pheasant Inn, Chippenham

I completely disagree with the recent comments about this pub: it is excellent. The staff are friendly, willing, helpful and competent, despite us being a party of seven people, three of whom are variously disabled. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was done with a willing smile.
The menu was nicely judged and the food well-prepared, tasty, good value and served promptly and efficiently.
It is rare indeed for me not to find something to critices about any establishment, but I could find no fault with our experience. I would recommend it wholeheartedly - you will not be disappointed.
