excellent pub, charming, great service and food was delicious - it is that good that people flock here when the sun comes out ,so to those who complain about the small waits lump it!

I have to say i do not agree with the comments below, i regularly visit the pub at weekends and weekdays and find the staff to be very hospitable and welcoming, as well as the quality of food and range of drinks fantastic. Try the stilton and steak pies which are somtimes on the specials and you can never go wrong with the fish and chips which i think are the best in London (and for under a tenner -who says this is expensive?!) Ok the pub does get busy on sunny weekends and you might have to wait a while but how can anyone plan for the freak weather we have.

This is a great pub a great venue for parties or just a quiet mid week meal. Enjoy a real pub with great hospitality and top food....
