The Crown and Sceptre, Fitzrovia
A nice pub with a good selection of beers and decent food, totally ruined by the awful bar staff - 'too cool for school' is bang on the money. Having no champagne glasses while offering 5-6 (expensive) types of Champagne is just criminal.
Change the bar staff and sort out the little details and it could be a good place. Until this happens I won't be going back
