The Castle, Harrow On The Hill

I know someone who works at the Castle Inn, working hard to make it pleasant for the customers, who was mildly upset by some of the comments. Having read the comments for myself, it's obvious that many of the worst can be totally ignored. Some make the pub out to be so bad that they must have written by people who are unjustly trying to damage the pubs reputation. It may not be perfect (what is?) but it isn�t wrong side of the gates of hell. Sensible, balanced, criticism is interesting, but over the top ranting like calling the staff �INBREDS� will always identify the writer�s true character. On the flip side, I wouldn�t be surprised if some of the totally positive comments have been written by Fuller�s management!
