The New Cross Inn / Bar Alchemy, New Cross

This pub generally has a pretty poor reputation amongst students in the area. Most of the nights there are terrible and the music is awful too. It is a shame other people who have left reviews look down on the 'trendy' people who go to pubs like Amersham, I think they are judging people too fast and if the new cross inn were to have a better reputation and put on better nights which attracted those awful trendy people they would probably have less of the dirty alcoholic type hanging around there and alot more money coming in. Maybe if local people who feel intimidated by the more extravagantly dressed types were to act less hostile towards them, they would not then feel excluded from local pubs they would like to visit which are classed as too trendy.
