The Ravensbury Arms, Mitcham

Very disappointing visit to this pub. Although a successful refurbishment, the experience left a lot to be desired. Service was friendly enough, in a "we have just been on a Customer Service training course" way, but the food was truly awful - at least not too expensive. A customer came in with a dog and sat next to us in a dining area (obviously allowed), the staff made a big fuss of the dog, petting it and then serving our food with the same hands! Yuk. Would recommend it for a quick drink only, not for an evening out.
