This pub should have been pulled down with the rest of the clearance that has been going on around here, scruffy little hole and my pint of Camerons Strongarm, was total viniger.
looks like a change of manager.
what happend to the last manager, was a great pint then.

The Aletaster, Low Fell

Great old pub, the way pubs used to be and the way pubs should still be.
Fantastic range of ales and real cider, 14 hand pulls on last night, ended up with one hell of a hangover this morning.
Cant wait to go back.
A gem of a pub, 5 star from me
