The Woodman, Battersea

What happened to the old Woodman, where a man could quite happily walk up to another and knock his block off without so much as a 'yer barred'. Where drinking until 5am was expected of a Friday and where you were never sure whether Meg was the landlords dog or his wife...Still, good to see The Raven open again, The Castle's ok too, then there's the Duke, that new joint 'The Village' and drinks in the Square when the weather warms up....
