The Woolpack, London Bridge

Its a really nice pub if you ignore the horrible horrible staff and the fact your reservation won't be kept if you are even slightly late. I respect the fact they get busy, but a bit of common courtesy and a good ol' fashioned smile go a long way. Only drop in for a casual drink as its not the place for a big group of people.
