The Seven Stones Inn, St Martins

this pub is just OK. Good beer - food was excellent although over priced (doesnt have to be though see the Turks Head on St Agnes which is reasonably priced). Long wait for lunch though and the barmaid was slow and in a world of her own. Fantastic location.

Good local pub - typical spoons but only problem is slowish service and they dont tell you that there might be a 40 minutes wait until after you've ordered. be warned.

The Turks Head, St Agnes

I disagree with previous reviews - indeed I was almost put off visiting this pub, however on Friday 29 August I had an excellent evening meal at a very reasonable price - kids meal was good. I had an excellent piece of salmon with prawns, mussels etc for �10. Fast service. No complaints. The beer was Tribute and good, choice of glasses of wine which were good value and yes the beer is a �1 more expensive than mainland prices but it does have to travel on two boats to get to the island. Blame the Isles of Scilly carriers for the higher prices.
