The Dispensary, Liverpool

I used to really like this pub, i'd come here on a weekday evening with my girlfriend when it's nice and quiet and you can have a good pint of cains lager, or for the football on a saturday at 3pm kick off. Unfortunately i don't think i'll come back after we were very poorly treated by the bar manager this weekend who thinks he has the right to abuse punters because his pub is busy. We had only just entered the pub and were looking for a suitable place to watch the match when the barman asked us what we'd like. If the place wasn't so packed i would have said two cains straight away but instead i asked my mate if he wanted a pint there. The barman said straight away if you're not going to order a drink you can f&*k off, we are both 6'4" so we didn't want to get in anybodies way as the place was packed. When my friend said that we wanted to make sure we could see the match before we ordered, he shouted and pointed at the various screens that we couldn't see because of the overcrowding, he then with no hesitation told us to leave, making us feel like school children! He had no right to act like that and it seems like he rules with an iron fist, as i turned to another punter and said is he serious, he replied quite cowardly: he's the manager! Wont be going back here for a long while and won't be recommending it to friends like i used to!
