The Old Mill House Inn, Polperro

Just returned home from an Easter break in Polperro. Visited all the pubs in the village and found this to be the most "clicky!" and unfriendly pub in the whole of Polperro. Surly bar staff and cats wondering over serving areas. Landlady didnt even bother to welcome us to pub, didnt even acknowledge us!
Whatever you do - dont go over your time limit on the �1 per 15 mins internet limit as you will be in trouble!

The Noughts and Crosses, Polperro

Visited the Noughts this week having not been in Polperro for a while. Never really been a regular visitor to the Noughts as previous expereinces have been unwelcoming. However we noticed how busy it was during our first couple of days of holiday, so we went in for a pint & decided to stay for a meal!
What a change!
Really nice staff & atmosphere, made really welcome & they couldnt do enough for us.
Food was gorgeous, local fresh seafood & great tikka masala!
Just felt like home from home - will be back soon!
