Wow, the professionalism of this place knows no boundries!!! I've just been short-changed �10 from them after giving a �20 pound note to them (I bought a pint of Hobgoblin and a pint of Becks [for my mate] ) I disputed this with the staff and showed them a bank statement and the STILL REFUSED to give me the money they owe me. The female bar-tender there even admitted to me that the books don't always balance and said to me earlier in the night that "They even appear to be �10 pounds down". Professionalism at it's highest. I've been drinking at many places in and around Liverpool (where I'm from) and I have NEVER had this problem before, to say I'm dissapointed is an understatement. It's pathetic.
