Old Rockingham Arms, Uxbridge

The Rockingham is one of my favourite pubs in Uxbridge, it's within easy walking distance from the main town centre which in my opinion is full of souless dives **Yes you know who you are**. The Rock offers a decent pint, good honest food served with that 'personal touch'. Keep up the good work guys.

The Ostrich Inn, Colnbrook

A very old english pub steeped in history with a lovely open fire. This pub was once owned by Jarman the murderous landlord who killed and robbed his wealthy overnight guests by dropping them into a vat of boiling oil through a trap door in the bedroom floor. Food is excellent, a bit pricey though. Well worth a visit!
