The Boatman, Saltash

this place is really nice either for a quiet drink or a nice meal meal out with friends/family or even a party. The landlord and land lady are extremely friendly and allways curtious and polite and if time permits will attempt to have a conversation with you. Overall i really like this place but still prefer the Railway for the Sunday Karaoke

i disagree gary the barman is not any of the things listed in the below reviews, just ask the regulars or the other members of staff or at a stretch the landlord or even the landlady. the atmosphere on a sunday is second to none on the evening for the karaoke. so come and see for yourself and maybe you will enjoy it and come again. don't forget the bed and breakfast thats good too

Holmbush Inn, St Austell

excellent pub, brillant food worth a day out to try. Also the real ales and other drinks are well priced and the atmosphere for the area is second to none.
