The Dover Lock, Abram

If anyone would care to look at the dates some of the reviews were posted they would realize they are pre Bob and Sue. This pub is for families and animals and everyone gets along just fine. No loud music and the families play pool together. The food is excellant and well priced. As for the rough estate, you sure you were at the right Dover Lock pal.

This pub is currently the best in wigan, friendly everyone welcome including dogs, seems like the new owners want to create god's waiting room one foot in grave and hungry and you are welcome, boy are they in for a shock, as most of the community welcome interarct with young people and animals, maybe a bit of research wouldn't have gone a miss. what works in Worsey might not work in Wigan , how I wish Bob and Sue were staying and as for you Carol stay in Worsley, every heard of not re-inventing the wheel
