As previous poster said, this is not a beer pub, but despite its intended champagne/wine bar appearance it's actually quite a cosy, convivial boozer, with more of the feeling of a pub in France or Holland perhaps than a traditional Scottish one. No cask ales on, but Guiness and lagers are served in old school dimple glasses which this poster appreciated. The bar seems to be popular with the usual Edinburgh mix of locals (mostly from the pub's previous incarnation as The World), students and tourists.
