The Sportsman, Goddard Green
We had Sunday lunch here yesterday (20/09/09). I made the mistake of ordering the soup of the day which turned out to be so fierce (and I like spicey food) that I could eat little of it and couldn't taste anything that followed. I mentioned this to the server, asking her to let the chef know but she later said she hadn't. The service was generally indifferent.
