Urban Tap House, Cardiff

I was very disappointed with the lack of bath and sink taps in this pub. It's false advertising. The only thing they sold was beer and cider! That said, it's some of the best beer and cider you'll find and Tiny Rebel brewery are pretty special. I came out of here 4 and a half hours later absolutely clattered on craft beer yet with no taps to show for my time. I will be returning very soon to see if they have improved their range of bathroom and kitchenware.

The Bridge Hotel, Stanford Bridge

Found this little gem with my friend Dan - popped in for a quick bite and was overjoyed to see six cask beers (Hobsons Twisted Spire, Popes Worcester Gold, Wye Valley Hereford Pale Ale, Raw Zenith and Salopian Golden Thread) on offer, all seemingly in good nick. They also had four traditional ciders as well as four on keg - i might be popping back in the summer!
The food was traditional pub grub done well, and the place had a proper county pub feel about it and real character - recommended.
